Your hosts, Anna, Emmanuel and Jimmy, a French-American family, welcome you to their home and guest rooms to enjoy the peaceful countryside, discover quaint and charming villages, and explore the rich history of the region’s Prehistoric, Medieval and Renaissance sites. We can also arrange in room spa treatments, winery tours and tastings to enhance your stay.

Interested in boosting your French language skills? Join us individually, as a couple, or as a small group for a week or more of immersive French learning. Led by Emmanuel and Anna, certified Neurolanguage Coaches® and founders of Language Coach 4U, our program offers personalized coaching, engaging activities, cultural visits and discussions. Let us help you achieve your language goals while experiencing authentic French life. 

Les Fraysses is situated on a beautiful hilltop vista in Causses du Quercy in the department of the Lot, just 10 minutes from Cahors and the A20 (between Paris and Toulouse), and within an hour of Saint Cirq Lapopie, Pech Merle, Rocamadour, Sarlat and the Dordogne. 

Les Fraysses is an eco-friendly enterprise that has been awarded a Zero Dechet (Zero Waste) label. Our Chambres d’Hotes features solar panels, composting, recycling, non-toxic cleaning products, and a permaculture vegetable and fruit garden.
